Will Tinsdeall

After completing work experience with Anite Public Sector, Will set himself the goal of becoming a digital innovator. He gained the interest of senior DirectGov officials in its Young Rewired State initiative to discover new talent, and this led to him turning his hobby and passion into a career, starting up Business Computing Solutions LTD, leading to partnerships with The Galton Lab and others. Working primarily with data and algorithms, he produces solutions that are both innovative and commercially viable, specialising in web development, desktop applications, mobile web platforms and Linux server technologies.



Joanna Rahim

Joanna started out at the BBC (Radio 4 and BBC 2), producing flagship programmes such as Start the Week, In Our Time and All in the Mind, as well as award-winning documentaries including Relative Values and Modern Times. She then moved into digital, where she has worked for the past ten years, as editor of iVillage UK, managing editor of AOL, acting editor then consultant to Yahoo! and head of content for Orange. Recent roles have included multimedia lead for NHS Choices, the public-facing website of the NHS, and consultant to ITN on a cross-government project called Digital Babies.
